Temperature Update

her temperature dropped to it's lowest 98.4

the 3rd 11am she dropped to 98.6

the 4th 1:30pm she dropped to 98.8

this morning 9am she dropped to 98.4

puppies are much quieter this morning

last two days they've been very active

Update

When doggies are ready to go into labor they "drop" like a pregnant women does also.  

Grace looks like she has a bowling ball hanging down in her belly.  She has made her drop, there's significant indention where the puppies have been.  She hasn't been hungry in the mornings.  I offered her some bacon (her favorite) to see if she would eat at all.  Her nose sneered but she ate two slices.  She usually gulps it down, there was no gulping this morning.

Temperature is 100.0 (same as yesterday a.m.)

LOL ... my guess is 8 puppies!

(30-22=8, one inch for each puppy)

Been able to hear puppies with the stethoscope

she's usually up and playful, eating when her temp is about 100

this morning?  absolutely not

She's resting and holding still, cares not to eat or smell food

when the puppies drop with a drastic indention?  it's soon...
