Florian
on blue and brown towel, 14.5oz today
darker cream, black pads and points and tips of ears, pink mask turning dark, he has excellent pigmentation (but Grace & Everad's puppies do!) Florian so far the only puppy with two pics.
Eventually Florian will be assigned a collar color, but for now he's a gorgeous cream 3 day puppy
Florian sleeping
Florian awake
puppies are naturally afraid of heights, mother nature's way to keep them safe
Fae
big girl Fae ... yeah right, can you see how little she is? She's 15.8oz today
Fae is a lighter cream, black points and mask, black on edges of her ears
She will be the pink collared girl, being that she was the second cream girl
not knowing what was coming in order or gender as they whelp, pink is for girl
I have a puppy scale but this is easiest to weigh them today
Fifi
strong and hungry, she picked her head up and bobbled it around like she could see. Yelled at me! AND she could have climbed out of the plastic box for holding while I write things down. Petite beautiful face, too small for her purple ID collar. Pigmentation is coming in, little behind the others but black and beautiful. She's a smaller girl only 12.5oz today ... and a wiggle poo!
Fanny
black girl, shiny black pads, one foot has a tiny bit of white
BUT so did Carly and Chula from Grace & Everad's first litter and they are both black.
I think Evead has lightened with the weather we have here, hot summers from being used to WA cloudy weather. Fanny is a spirited, sweet puppy that sucked on my finger. She settles quickly and then I turned her upside down. She's like, "oh my gosh! I just forgave you!" A great personality trait is when a puppy/doggie will forgive without holding a grudge, she definitely did that. She weighed 14.1 oz today
see below for hers and Fiona's picture
Fiona
White toe nails, white on the tufts of her pads, her coat is noticably lighter than Fanny's (in person anyways). Ms. growly grumbler, she could smell momma was back and wanted her momma. Weighed 14.3oz today. She's a beautiful faced little girl that will be silver.
see below for Fiona's and Fanny's picture

Fanny is on the right, Fiona is on the left.
The to be silver puppies are flat lighter black with a tiny brown hue.
Finn
Mr. handsome. He barked as I held him. First thing I did was look at the pads of his feet. He's a fiesty little guy today. Black hair, tiny bit of white on the pads of his feet. He might be a black like Fanny, but he does have a little more white on the tufts, he might be blue. 12.7oz today, he's a very pretty faced boy (I know, boys don't like to hear that! but baby boys are pretty too!)
see below for his and Fabien's picture
Fabien
White nails, lots of white tufts on his pads. He also growled and grumbled at me. He throws his voice from low to high just so I understand he really doesn't want to be turned over and his pads looked at. He also settled well and cuddled. He's a sweet boy. Weighed 14.7oz today
see below for his and Finn's picture
Can you see the little guy coming towards you is lighter than the guy behind him?
The lighter guy is the to be silver, the black boy is the black boy
I know one of the main reasons people come to us is for size and color of a puppy they want
I work at being honest and up front with everyone and not exaggerate b/c I know what you want. My hopes is everyone loves and adores their new puppy and the puppies live happy healthy lives.
oh look! an added new picture of momma and puppies from yesterday
oh you can see little Flora in this picture
Update
puppies did start their neural stimulation today:
three seconds upside down
three seconds head up body in a straight line
three seconds on their back
turned over and loved comfortably, told how beautiful and wonderful they are
they really get to know me, by personality testing they run towards my voice, they don't care why they just know it's good ... food, hugs, and these acrobat sessions they learn to tolerate.
One breeder personality tests her puppies by who's the first ankle biter, first to the nipple, first eye contact, first to not back down when startled ... things like that. I attempt to get all info on the blog. As the new owners pick their puppies after the personality testing, these aspects of first development is also a great way to determine what the puppies' personality and tolerance. These comments - facts only - is a good way to review for the puppy to choose after their personality testing.
oh, the acrobat positions ... neural stimulation ... is to strengthen their nervous system and tolerance to things they don't know. It also helps them to develop being outgoing, friendly and loving family companions and showdogs. Oh wait until first baths! The screamers are usually 3s, but not always.
Oh geez, Tigre's puppy Elliott screamed so loud for the first few times, the lady across the street came out of her house. And we all live on an acre or more. That's how loud that 3 boy was.
Everad's puppies! Everad is the most loving and outgoing boy you'll ever meet. He fears nothing. Now that he's almost three he's calmed down and thinks before he reacts, but he's loads of loving energy.
Grace and Everad's puppies are a great balance between energy and the classic calm standard poodle personality. Many have a good measure of energy, but I havn't seen any of them as much as Everad. He's fast, he's dominant, he's loving and he likes to be right
Grace is dominant within our household. We are not a kennel, we live with these poodles and the poodles live with each other. Grace loves to pick on Hilde, she's a girl. Hilde now pregnant, does not put up with it and Grace can sense that. Grace is momma "B" around her. I love her strong and confident personality. I don't know about you, but those weak, timid poodles are not for me. I honestly don't have any wooshy poodles, these guys are strong and confident.
We usually do a lot more training and taking them places. This year we moved from WA to CA. My husband had a promised job here, last minute his job was put on hold by the Obama administration (all governmental jobs) and our house fell through ... and my mom died. So we've had a helacious year.
but, we both will get back to training in agility and eventually title them
Everad needs two competitive wins to become a UKC champion
I would love to take Grace into scent training, I think she's a natural at deciphering and thinking things through. She's an awesome girl. Not only beautiful, she's an intelligent poodle. She saunters through the yard, everybody knows when Grace is around, she's not a part of the pack, she is the pack leader. She's also loving and kind, a great mom, sweet and loves to go places. She doesn't like her feet trimmed and she has a tendency to have ears that need cleaned. Guess I need to be better at plucking.
